1. Print-on-Demand Products
All our products are made-to-order. This means your item is custom-printed specifically for you after you place the order. As a result:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Please double-check your order details (size, color, design) before completing the purchase.
2. Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following exceptional cases:
- If your product arrives damaged or defective.
- If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order.
To request a refund for a damaged or incorrect product:

- Provide photos of the product showing the damage or error.
- Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are sent to our supplier for printing. Once the order is with our supplier, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services. However, we will assist you in tracking your shipment and contacting the courier if necessary.
